LOREX Announces Grant of Stock Options

    




 TORONTO, Sept. 19, 2011 /CNW/ - LOREX Technology Inc.  (the  "Company") announced today that it has granted a total of 1,190,000  incentive stock options to a number of its directors, officers and  employees.  Each such option is exercisable into one common shares  within a period of five years from the date of grant at an exercise  price of $0.55.  All of the above-referenced options vest immediately  upon grant.
