Stephane Leblanc to Join Knick Exploration Board of Directors

Val-d'Or, Quebec, February 04, 2014, - Knick Exploration Inc. (TSX-V: KNX) is pleased to announce the nomination of Mr. Stephane Leblanc to the board.

Mr. Leblanc is a successful entrepreneur with more than 12 years of experience in all aspect of business management and development. He is president & CEO and Director of Genius Properties. (C-GNI) and Canadian Metals Inc. (C-CME). He's also president of Quebec Mineral Properties, a mining claims management company that owns more than 6000 claims within the province of Quebec and South America and Africa. Mr. Leblanc also collaborated with several companies: Pershimco Resources, Focus Graphite, Adventure Gold, Glen Eagle Resources and several other companies for the sale of properties.
