NATCHEZ, Miss., March 12, 2014 /CNW/ - KFG Resources Ltd. President, Robert A. Kadane, reported that KFG's wholly-owned subsidiary, KFG Petroleum Corporation, has completed its Parker #4 well flowing 70 BOPD on an 11/64" choke, with flowing tubing pressure of 110#. KFG is operator of the well and has a 10% working interest.
In a related development, production casing has been set to 6,450' in the Parker #3 well. Two oil sands were encountered – the Baker Sand at 6,200'and the Wilson Sand at 6,218'. A completion attempt will be made in the Wilson Sand next week.
The Company's common shares are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, Vancouver, B.C., trading symbol "KFG".
