Jazz Director Acquires Shares

VANCOUVER, Dec. 9, 2012 /CNW/ - Bryan Glen announces that he has acquired direct or indirect ownership of an aggregate of 581,500 common shares of Jazz Resources Inc. (the "Company") representing approximately 4% of the Company's issued and outstanding shares pursuant to acquisitions on the TSX Venture Exchange.  The acquisition prices of the shares ranged from $0.085 to $0.475.  Mr. Glen currently owns directly or indirectly 5,916,973 common shares of the Company, representing approximately 41% of the Company's issued and outstanding shares.  In addition, Mr. Glen holds 500,000 incentive stock options.  Assuming exercise of the options, Mr. Glen would hold 6,416,973 common shares of the Issuer, representing approximately 45% of the issued and outstanding shares of the Issuer.

Mr. Glen's acquisition of the securities was made for investment purposes. Mr. Glen may acquire additional securities or dispose of his existing securities on the basis of his assessment of market conditions and in compliance with all applicable securities regulatory requirements.
