Inventronics Elects New Directors

CALGARY, June 26, 2014 /CNW/ - Inventronics Limited ("Inventronics" or the "Corporation") (IVX:TSX Venture), a designer and manufacturer of custom enclosures for the telecommunications, electric transmission, cable and other industries in North America, today announced that, during its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders held on April 17, 2014, Mr. Ken Loscerbo and Mr. Dan O'Greysik were elected as members to Inventronics' board of directors.  Mr. Loscerbo, an independent member, was subsequently appointed to the audit committee during the Corporation's board meeting held on May 14, 2014.

Mr. Loscerbo is a Chartered Accountant and the Manager of Finance and Administration for a privately held company.  Mr. O'Greysik is the Manager of Sales and Marketing for Inventronics
