Inventronics Appoints New Director

CALGARY, May 3, 2013 /CNW/ - Inventronics Limited (IVX:TSX Venture Exchange), a designer and manufacturer of custom enclosures for the telecommunications, electric transmission, cable and other industries in North America, today announced the appointment of Ms. Ashley Ting to its board of directors and the resignation of Mr. Daniel O'Greysik. Mr. O'Greysik resigned his position to allow for the appointment of Ms. Ting.

Ms. Ting is a financial reporting specialist with a Toronto Stock Exchange listed company and is a Chartered Accountant. Prior to that position she was employed with a major international accounting firm.
