Inventronics Appoints Independent Directors

Inventronics Limited (TSX VENTURE:IVX), a designer and manufacturer of custom
enclosures for the telecommunications, electric transmission, cable and other
industries in North America, today announced the appointment of Mr. Robert F.
Gray and Mr. Michael Cook to its board of directors and the resignation of Mr.
Daniel O'Greysik . Mr. O'Greysik resigned his position to allow for the
appointment of the new independent directors.


Mr. Cook is a partner with Links Capital of Calgary, Alberta and is a Chartered
Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator. He has several years experience in
the private equity, corporate finance and general corporate fields. Mr. Gray is
president of both Instachange Displays Limited of Aurora, Ontario and Beemak
Plastics Inc. of Cerritos, California and, has over 25 years experience in
sales, marketing, manufacturing, distribution and general management. From 2000
to 2004 Mr. Gray was Senior Vice President, Operations for Inventronics.
