Inter-Rock Reports Third Quarter Results

Inter-Rock Minerals Inc. (TSX VENTURE:IRO) reported today its third quarter 2010
earnings. Inter-Rock had income of US$161,000 for the quarter, compared to
income of $303,000 for the same period in 2009. Third quarter EBITDA was
US$298,000 down from US$486,000 in 2009. 


MIN-AD

MIN-AD, Inc., Inter-Rock's industrial minerals subsidiary, reported a decrease
in sales volume of 1% from the third quarter of 2009. Market conditions improved
considerably as compared with the first half of the year. 


Mineral Properties

A Notice of Intent for a drilling program at Inter-Rock's RNY gold property in
northern Nevada was approved. Drilling and sampling was completed in late
October and assay results are pending.
