Sigrid Beer Purchases 500,000 Common Shares of Immunotec Inc. from Robert M. Henry Living Trust
  
 

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Mar 28, 2014) - Mrs. Sigrid Beer is pleased to announce that on March 25, 2014, she has purchased 500,000 common shares ("Common Shares") in the capital of Immunotec Inc. ("Immunotec") (TSX-VENTURE:IMM) from Robert M. Henry Living Trust. These 500,000 Common Shares were purchased by way of a private agreement at a price of Cdn$175,000. Mrs. Beer has purchased such Common Shares as a result of a Settlement Agreement dated November 1, 2013 between Immunotec and Mr. Robert M. Henry. Mrs. Beer has no current intention of acquiring additional Common Shares.

As a result of this transaction, Mrs. Beer now holds 6,977,384 Common Shares, representing 10.09% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares. Mrs. Beer's Common Shares, together with the 8,006,845 Common Shares held by Mr. Dieter Beer, her husband, and the 8,186,894 Common Shares held by The Beer Family Trust, represent approximately 33.54% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares.

The Common Shares trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the ticker symbol "IMM". There are currently 69,090,555 Common Shares issued and outstanding.
