VAUDREUIL-DORION, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Jun 11, 2014) - Rowing Canada Aviron and Immunotec Inc. are pleased to announce the winning rowing clubs for the Club and Coach Grant, Powered by Immunocal®. The winning clubs will receive a visit from a National Team Coach and National Senior Team Athlete along with a $1,000 grant to be used to help the club maximise the opportunity of the visit.

Sponsored by health and wellness company Immunotec Inc., the visits provide a great opportunity for local clubs to learn from the country's best.

The winning clubs are:

• Argonaut Rowing Club, Toronto, ON
• Fredericton Rowing Club, Frederiction, NB
• South Niagara Rowing Club, Welland, ON
• Ridley College Boat Club & St. Catharines Rowing Club, St. Catharines, ON

The visits are scheduled to take place in the fall after the National Team completes the 2014 international season. The National Senior Team will shortly travel to Europe ahead of the World Rowing Cup II taking place June 20 to 22.
