Immunotec to File New Information Supplement

   Immunotec Inc. (TSX VENTURE: IMM), a Canadian based company and a leader in the wellness industry (the "Company"), today announces that the Company will file an information supplement to the Management Information Circular dated February 11, 2011.

The proposed supplement will present amended table on Remuneration Earned by Directors along with an amended Summary Compensation Table - Named Executive Officers. The nature of the amendments is to correct certain errors relative to the compensation received by directors and officers, as management had presented certain amounts relating to remuneration and to grants of options based on fair market value amortized for the year 2010 only, rather than based on their total fair market value.

Management anticipates filing the amended reports no later than July 18th, 2011.
