Immunotec Announces A Corporate Update

Immunotec Inc. (TSX VENTURE:IMM), a Canadian based company and a leader in the
wellness industry (the "Corporation" or "Immunotec") announced today that Mr.
Robert Henry has tendered his resignation as a director of Immunotec. 


At a meeting of its board of directors (the "Board") held on this date, the
Board accepted Mr. Henry's resignation and cancelled the special meeting of the
shareholders of Immunotec which had been scheduled to be held on August 15, 2013
for the purpose of removing Mr. Henry from the Board.
