ILI Issues Options for Consulting Services

ILI TECHNOLOGIES (2002) CORP. (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:ILI). The
Corporation announces that in accordance with the terms of a consulting
agreement entered into with an arm's length party, it has issued 200,000 options
at an exercise price of $0.25 per share. The options will vest over a period of
twelve (12) months, have a term of two (2) years and are otherwise subject to
the terms of the consulting agreement and the Corporation's stock option plan. 


The grant of options is subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange and
applicable securities laws.
