Halmont Properties Corporation: Third Quarter Results

HALMONT PROPERTIES CORPORATION (TSX VENTURE:HMT) announced today that the net
income to common shareholders for the nine months ended September 30, 2011 was
$0.75 million as compared to income of $0.73 million for the nine months ended
September 30, 2010.


The financial results are based on International Financial Reporting Standards
("IFRS") unless otherwise noted and are unaudited.
