Gulf & Pacific Equities Corp. (TSX VENTURE:GUF) an established company focused on the acquisition, management and development of anchored shopping centres in Western Canada, is pleased to announce that Warehouse One Clothing Ltd. ("Warehouse One") has signed a new lease at Tri-City Mall, in Cold Lake Alberta. The new lease will be for an initial term of three years, matching their current lease, with two extensions of five years each. As well, Warehouse One will move from their current location at one of the pad sites of 3,456 sq. ft. to the interior of the mall at a larger space of 4,196 sq. ft. Warehouse One will accept possession of the new premises on February 15, 2014 to commence fixturing. The anticipated opening of the new store will be in the second quarter of 2014.
