Galore's Warrant Extension Accepted

Galore Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:GRI) (the "Company") announces that the TSX
Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") has granted its acceptance to extend warrants
issued in connection with a non-brokered private placement originally completed
in October, 2009. The original expiry date of these warrants was October 27,
2011 and they had been extended to expire October 27, 2012. The expiry of these
warrants will now be extended by an additional six months.


As a result, the Company will extend the expiry date of 1,164,136 share purchase
warrants to April 26, 2013. The exercise price will remain at $0.33 per warrant.


Galore Resources is a British Columbia-based exploration company that has
