Galore's President Participates in Share Swap

Galore Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:GRI) announces that Michael W. Byrne Ltd., a
company wholly owned by Michael Byrne, the President, CFO and a director of the
Company, has sold a total of 539,000 common shares of Galore at a price of $0.10
per share on May 3, 2012 to clients of the TSX Venture. Mr. Byrne will be using
the funds from this sale to subscribe for units of Galore pursuant to the
proposed non-brokered private placement announced in Galore's news release dated
May 2, 2012.
