Guyana Precious Metals announces the grant of stock options

    




 TORONTO, Nov. 8, 2011 /CNW/ - Guyana Precious Metals Inc.   (the "Company") announces that it has granted effective November 7, 2011 an aggregate  of 1,550,000 options to a director and consultants of the Company with  such options being exercisable until November 7, 2016 at an exercise  price of $0.28.

 GPM is a Canadian based exploration and development company. The  Company  controls and holds the Peters Mine Property, Guyana and the  Aremu Property, Guyana.
