GPM METALS INC. announces Results of 2015 Annual Meeting

TORONTO, June 25, 2015 /CNW/ - GPM Metals Inc. (TSXV:GPM) (the "Company") announces that at the annual  meeting of shareholders held in Toronto on June 24, 2015 (the "Meeting"), all director nominees listed in the Company's management information circular dated May 21, 2015 were elected as directors of the Company. The detailed results of the vote are as follows:
