Glass Earth Gold - Special General Meeting Share Consolidation Proposal

Glass Earth Gold Limited (TSX VENTURE:GEL) (NZAX:GEL) ("Glass Earth" or the
"Company") announces that it intends to proceed with a consolidation of its
share capital on a ten (10) old for one (1) new share basis. 


The Company currently has 105,665,593 common shares outstanding. Upon completion
of the share consolidation, a total of 10,566,560 common shares will be
outstanding. 


The share consolidation will be proposed at a special general meeting of the
Company's shareholders on October 4, 2013. A Notice of Meeting, Information
Circular and voting papers will be mailed out to shareholders by Tuesday 10th
September. 


The name of the Company will not be changed as a result of the consolidation. 

The consolidation will be subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
