FRV Media Inc. Announces Late Filing of Annual Financial Statements and Temporary Cease Trade Order

FRV Media Inc. (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:FRV.H) announces that it has not
yet filed its audited financial statements for the year ended October 31, 2009
and its Management's Discussion and Analysis relating thereto (the "Required
Filings") on or before the prescribed deadline of February 28, 2010. As a
result, the Autorite des marches financiers issued today a temporary cease trade
order against the Corporation.


The delay in respect of the Required Filings is due to the recent change in the
Corporation's auditors and the recent appointment of a new Chief Financial
Officer, the whole as was disclosed by the Corporation by way of press release
on February 16, 2010. The Corporation's new auditors and Chief Financial Officer
are diligently working to complete the Required Filings, and the Corporation
expects to be able to file same on or about March 15, 2010.


The Corporation confirms that there is no other material information relating to
the affairs of the Corporation that has not been generally disclosed.
