TORONTO, Nov. 15, 2017 /CNW/ - Gaming Nation Inc. ("Gaming Nation" or the "Company") (TSX-V:FAN) is pleased to provide an update regarding the closing of the previously announced plan of arrangement (the "Arrangement") pursuant to which OC Special Opportunities Fund, LP (the "Purchaser"), a private investment fund managed by Orange Capital Ventures GP, LLC, has agreed to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Gaming Nation for CAD$0.95 in cash per share.
The Company and the Purchaser continue to make substantial progress regarding the required regulatory approvals and it is currently expected that the Arrangement will be completed prior to the end of November 2017, subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the remaining conditions of closing.
