Evergold Announces Grant of Stock Options

) announces, pursuant to the Company’s stock option plan, that a total of 3,951,000 stock options have been granted to the directors, officers and consultants of the Company. The options are exercisable into one common share of the Company at a price of $0.085 for a period of five years from the date of grant and are subject to vesting conditions.
