VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Jun 4, 2014) - eShippers Management Ltd. ("eShippers" or the "Company") (TSX-VENTURE:EPX.H) announces a non-brokered private placement consisting of up to 2,000,000 units at a price of $0.05 per unit. Each unit is comprised of one common share and one warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase an additional common share of the Company at $0.10 for two years from closing. Proceeds from the private placement will be used for exploration and general corporate purposes.
The units and underlying securities will be subject to a four-month hold period from the date of issuance in accordance with applicable securities laws. The offering is subject to certain conditions, including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
