"Vendor") has granted the Company an option to acquire the Gueguere Gold
Property located in southwestern Burkina Faso.

Under the terms of the option agreements, in order to exercise the
option the Company must pay the Vendor a total of US$50,002 in cash
(US$2 upon signature, US$20,000 two years after the date of signature of
the agreement and $US30,000 three years after the date of signature of
the agreement) and issue to the Vendor a total of 500,000 common shares
(200,000 shares upon signature and 100,000 shares on each of the first,
second and third anniversary date of the signature of the agreement).
The Company must also complete a total of US$800,000 in exploration
expenses over three years (US$200,000 during the first year, US$200,000
during the second year and US$400,000 during the third year).

Following the option's exercise, the Vendor will retain a 2% Net Smelter
Royalty, of which half can be purchased by the Company for US$500,000
per tranche of 0.5% (up to a maximum of US$1,000,000 for 1%).

En vertu des ententes, pour exercer l'option la societe doit payer au
vendeur un montant total de 50 002 $ US en especes (2 $ US lors de la
signature, 20 000 $ US deux ans apres la date de signature et 30 000 $
US trois ans apres la date de signature de l'entente) et emettre au
vendeur un total de 500 000 actions ordinaires (200 000 actions a la

realiser 800 000 $ US en depenses d'exploration sur une periode de trois

TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for expedited filing documentation of
an Option Agreement dated April 15, 2009 between the Issuer and Karl
Bjorkman, Ken Fenwick and Donald Devereaux (the "Optionors") whereby the
Issuer may acquire a 100% interest in the Sunbeam Pettigrew gold
property (the "Property") located in northwest Ontario 25 km northeast
of the town of Atikokan, west of Thunder Bay. The property consists of
27 claims totaling 350 claim units.

The Issuer can earn a 100% interest in the Property over a three-year
period by making option payments totaling $210,000, issuing 600,000
shares and financing $450,000 of exploration and development work.

The Optionors will retain a 2.5% net smelter royalty, 1% of which can be
purchased by the Issuer for $1,000,000.
