In consideration of the services to be provided, the monthly fees incurred by Ecolomondo Corporation will be a cash consideration of up to $8,000 CDN, starting March 1st, 2018 for a period of six months ending on August 31st, 2018 and monthly thereafter should the initial agreement be continued.
