TORONTO, July 31, 2018 /CNW/ - Datametrex AI Limited (the "Company" or "Datametrex") (TSXV: DM, FSE: D4G) announces that in July 2018, it granted an aggregate of 800,000 incentive stock options under the Company's stock option plan (the "Plan") to certain officers of the Company and its subsidiaries. The options are exercisable for a period of three years at $0.20 per share, which shall vest in six equal installments over the three year period in accordance with the terms of the Plan. As of the date hereof, a total of 16,374,135 common shares of the Company are reserved for issuance under the Company's stock option plan.

The options and underlying common shares will be subject to a four month hold period from the date of issuance of the options.
