VANCOUVER, Feb. 18 /CNW/ - Curis Resources Ltd. ("Curis" or the
"Company") (TSXV: CUV) announces the grant of 2,281,600 stock options
under the Company's stock option plan, consisting of 750,000 to
Directors of the Company, 57,000 to Officers and 1,474,600 to employees
and consultants.
The options have been granted under the terms of the Company's stock
option plan at a price is CDN$3.19 per share, based on the closing
price at the end of trading on February 10, 2011.
