VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Apr 25, 2014) - Offsetters Climate Solutions Inc. (the "Company") (TSX-VENTURE:COO)(FRANKFURT:9EA) has granted a total of 2,350,000 options to employees, directors and consultants at an exercise price of $0.15 CDN. The options are exercisable for a period of 5 years from the date of issuance, April 7, 2014 and were granted in accordance with the Company's Stock Option Plan.
