Offsetters Appoints Ubika Corporation for Research and Capital Markets Exposure Program

Offsetters Climate Solutions Inc. ("OCS" or the "Company") (TSX
VENTURE:COO)(FRANKFURT:9EA) is pleased to announce that it has retained the
services of Ubika Corporation, based in Toronto, Ontario, to undertake a
research, communications and capital markets exposure program for the company.
Ubika will utilize its network of brokers, retail advisors, analysts and
investors to increase the profile and knowledge of the Company within the
investment community. Additionally, Ubika will update their research report on
the Company which will be made publicly available upon completion. 


Ubika's engagement will extend for a period of 12 months. As consideration for
Ubika's services, Offsetters will pay a monthly fee of $5,000. The engagement
will be subject to automatic renewals following its term expiry date 12 months
from commencement, unless the Company or Ubika elects to terminate the
engagement, providing the other party with at least 30 days of advance notice.
