(TSXV: CLV) ("Canoe") announces that further to its news release dated October 22, 2015, it has received final approval from the TSX Venture exchange and has closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement for aggregate gross proceeds of $133,000. Canoe is in the process of issuing the units purchased thereunder.
