Carmen Energy Inc. announces resignation of President and appointment of Interim President

    




 CALGARY, Feb. 21, 2012 /CNW/ - Carmen Energy Inc.  ("Carmen" or the "Corporation") announces that it has received the resignation of its President and  Director, D.T. Brian Doherty. Mr. Doherty has resigned as both an  officer and a director of the Corporation to pursue other interests.  The Corporation thanks Mr. Doherty for his time with and contributions  to the Corporation and wishes him the best in his future endeavours.  The Corporation also announces that it has appointed H. Tyler Rice as  Interim President while it searches for a permanent replacement for Mr.  Doherty. Mr. Rice will continue to act as Chief Financial Officer while  acting in this new capacity and will report to the Executive Committee.
