Colibri announces that its shares remain halted

DIEPPE, NB, May 10, 2017 /CNW/ - (CBI: TSX-V) Colibri Resource Corporation (Colibri or the Company) announces that further to the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) Bulletin dated December 16, 2016, trading in the shares of the Company remain halted pending receipt and review of acceptable documentation regarding the Fundamental Acquisition of Canadian Gold Resources pursuant to Listing Policy 5.6 (d) of Exchange Policy 5.3. All relevant information has been submitted to the Exchange for review in regards to resuming trading. We expect trading to resume once the review of that information is completed.

The regulatory halt is imposed by Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada, the Market Regulator of the Exchange, pursuant to the provisions of Section 10.9 (1) of the Universal Market Integrity Rules.
