TORONTO, Sept. 20, 2013 /CNW/ - China Goldcorp Ltd. (NEX: CAU) ("China Goldcorp") announces that it has granted an aggregate of 600,000 stock options to directors of China Goldcorp at an exercise price of $0.20 per common share. The options vest immediately and have an exercise period of 10 years. The grant is subject to regulatory approval.
The stock options have been granted pursuant to China Goldcorp's stock option plan. Subsequent to this stock option grant, China Goldcorp has a total of 600,000 stock options outstanding.
