Canaco Announces Departure of Dave Sinitsin, VP Project Development

Canaco Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:CAN) ("Canaco" or the "Company") announces as
of December 31, 2012, Dave Sinitsin, Vice President Project Development, is no
longer with the Company.
