   Brookfield Investments Corporation's (TSX VENTURE: BRN.PR.A) Board of Directors declared the regular quarterly dividend of C$0.29375 per share on its Class 1 Senior Preferred Shares, Series A payable on March 30, 2011 to shareholders of record on March 20, 2011.
