Brigadier Gold (TSX-V: BRG) Announces Appointment of Directors

Brigadier Gold Limited (TSX VENTURE:BRG) announced that effective November 23,
2010, at the Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders, Peter Leger and Alick
Ryder were elected directors of the Company and that Christopher Smith stepped
down as a director.


Peter J. Leger, has been President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of
Teras Resources Inc., a publicly traded company on the TSXV (TRA) since
September, 2006. Mr. Leger has over 25 years of varied business experience, and
has assisted numerous small companies raise large amounts of capital by way of
equity and debt financing and has assisted in taking some of them public. Mr.
Leger was previously a director and the Vice President of Radar Acquisitions
Corp., a corporation that recently changed it's name to CanAm Coal Corp.
(COE-TSXV), a founder of TIEX Inc., and a founder of Vindt Resources Inc. which
amalgamated with Shear Wind Inc., all of which are publicly traded companies
listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.


Alick Ryder Q. C. is the senior partner of the Toronto law firm Ryder Wright
Blair and Holmes LLP where he practices in labour law and energy regulation. He
has appeared at all court levels in Ontario, the Supreme Court of Canada and
before many administrative tribunals. In addition he is the president of
Wabigoon Resources Limited and Hastings Highlands Nickel Ltd., a company formed
to develop a nickel deposit near Bancroft, Ontario.
