Brigadier Announces the Extension of the Expiry Dates of Certain Warrants Previously Issued

Brigadier Gold Limited (TSX VENTURE:BRG) (the "Company") announced today that
the TSX Venture Exchange has approved the extension of the expiry dates of
certain warrants previously issued by the Company. 


The Company completed a private placement on October 7, 2010 of 13,333,333 units
at a price of $0.15 per unit, where each unit consisted of one common share and
one-half of a common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the
holder to purchase one common share at a price of $0.25 per common share on or
before October 7, 2011 (the "October Warrants"). The expiry date of the October
Warrants has now been extended until April 7, 2012. In the event that the common
shares of the Company close at a price in excess of $0.70 for 20 consecutive
trading days, the Company may reduce the exercise period of the October Warrants
to 30 days after giving notice of same.  


The Company also completed a private placement on November 12, 2010 of 8,321,828
units at a price of $0.18 per unit, with each unit consisting of one common
share, and one-half of a common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant
entitles the holder to purchase one common share at a price of $0.25 per common
share on or before November 12, 2011 (the "November Warrants"). The expiry date
of the November Warrants has now been extended until May 12, 2012. In the event
that the common shares of the Company close at a price in excess of $0.70 for 20
consecutive trading days, the Company may reduce the exercise period of the
November Warrants to 30 days after giving notice of same.
