BluMetric Announces Stock Option Grant

OTTAWA, March 31, 2017 /CNW/ - BluMetric Environmental Inc. (TSXV: BLM), an Ottawa-based cleantech company, announces that pursuant to its board compensation structure, it has granted options for a total of 120,000 common shares to two newly elected non-management directors of BluMetric's board.

The options vest over three years and are exercisable into common shares of BluMetric at a price of $0.32 per share for a period of five years.
