BluMetric Announces CEO Succession Plan

OTTAWA, May 23, 2017 /CNW/ - The Board of Directors for BluMetric Environmental Inc. (TSXV: BLM), an Ottawa-based cleantech company, today announced that it has initiated a search to identify a candidate to succeed Mr. Roger Woeller as Chief Executive Officer of BluMetric. The executive search firm, Boyden, has been retained to assist in the CEO search.  Mr. Woeller will assist in the identification process and through a transition period, and will step down once the successor is in place.
