MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - May 28, 2014) - Beaufield Resources Inc. ("Beaufield" or the "Corporation") (TSX-VENTURE:BFD) is pleased to announce an update on its current and planned summer exploration activities and the unveiling of its new website.

Eleonore-Opinaca Property

A field program to investigate high grade molybdenum occurrences (up to 12% Mo in grab samples) associated with gold and copper discovered in the northern portion of Beaufield's property is being prepared. Beaufield's Eleonore-Opinaca property is located adjoining Goldcorp's Eleonore world class mine which is subject to a $2 billion investment; Eleonore startup is scheduled later this year.

Urban Property

A geological mapping and prospecting program to locate and evaluate gold occurrences along the Macho River is planned for early June. A channel sampling program in 1996 returned a 6.58 g/t Au over 17 metres zone along strike. Beaufield's large property adjoins Eagle Hill Exploration's property which is promising to become a new Quebec gold mine. All existing data is currently being compiled and interpreted.

Tortigny Property

An updated independent National Instrument 43-101 resource calculation report ("NI 43-101") is nearing completion with the final version scheduled for delivery in June. The report will contain recommendations for advancing this important copper-zinc-silver gold property.

Launay Property

Data from last winter's drill program is being compiled to assess grade and tonnage of the near surface portion of the Launay gold zones.

Schefferville Property

Re-logging of core from the 2012 program is underway. The objective is to understand the DSO potential. The property is located within trucking distance of existing DSO plants and infrastructure.
