EESI Benefits Signs Agreement With Adjudicare(R)

Automated Benefits Inc.(R) ("Adjudicare") a wholly-owned subsidiary of Automated
Benefits Corp.(R) (TSX VENTURE:AUT), a web-based software solution that enables
insurance brokers and third-party administrators across Canada to adjudicate
health and dental claims on behalf of their group benefit clients, is pleased to
announce the formalization of a multi-year agreement with Edgewater Employee
Services Inc. ("EESI Benefits"). 


EESI Benefits was the first to create a national network of preferred
paramedical providers and today leverages that network to accomplish their
mission of providing plan sponsors and members greater value and better
benefits. Beginning July 2012, EESI Benefits will implement the Adjudicare
platform in order to enhance plan member experience with real-time precise
claims adjudication and online portal access for its valued members.
