AuRo Resources Corp. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:ARU) announces the completion
of the shares for debt transaction originally announced on March 19, 2013. The
issuance has received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
On May 24, 2013 the Company issued an aggregate of 2,000,000 common shares
("Shares") at a deemed price of $0.05 per Share to settle an aggregate debt of
$100,000 representing an amount due to a service provider. The Company chose to
settle this outstanding indebtedness with Shares as part of its plans to move
the Company forward and in order to preserve its potential funds for operations.
