or the “Company”), (TSX.V: AMY; OTC-US: AMYZF; FSE: ID4), reports that the Company has granted 5,200,000 incentive stock options to certain of its directors, officers, and employees. The options are exercisable at a price of $0.48 per share for a five-year term. Any shares issued on the exercise of these stock options will be subject to a four- month holding period from the date of the grant.
