AM Gold Announces Changes to the Board of Directors

   AM Gold Inc. (TSX VENTURE: AMG)(FRANKFURT: AMX) ("AM Gold" or the "Company") announces that the Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Jeffrey Reeder as a Director. AM Gold has elected not to fill the vacancy on the Board of Directors at this time.
