S&P Dow Jones Indices Announces Changes in Canadian Indices

A Deletion from S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index

TORONTO, Dec. 31, 2012 /CNW/ - The shareholders of Andina Minerals Inc. (TSXVN:ADM) have accepted the offer made November 16, 2012, whereby the company will be acquired by Hochschild Mining plc (LSE:HOCM). Shareholders of Andina Minerals will receive $CDN0.80 cash per share held.

Andina Minerals will be removed from the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of Monday, December 31, 2012.
