Abzu Announces Change in Chief Executive Officer/President

Abzu Gold Ltd. ("Abzu" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:ABS) announces that David
Price is no longer the Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company. The
Company is in the process of finalizing the appointment of his replacement and
expects to make an announcement in the coming week.
