--  Net earnings for the quarter were $4.0 million, or $0.12 per share,
diluted, compared to $1.6 million, or $0.04 per share, diluted, for the
first quarter of 2009.
--  Assets under management were $14.5 billion as at March 31, 2010,
compared to $11.1 billion as at March 31, 2009.
--  Assets under administration were $7.2 billion as at March 31, 2010,
compared to $5.9 billion as at March 31, 2009.
--  Cash flow from operations for the quarter was $3.8 million, compared to
$2.7 million in 2009.
--  The fair value of the Company's holdings of securities as at March 31,
2010 was $390.0 million or $11.64 per share, diluted.
