Eastplats Receives a Notice of Appeal Regarding Court Dismissed Petition

VANCOUVER, Sept. 20, 2019 /CNW/ - Eastern Platinum Limited ("Eastplats" or the "Company") has been advised that a notice of appeal from the petitioner (as referenced in a press release of August 29, 2019) was filed on September 17, 2019 related to the attempt to begin a derivative action. The Company intends to oppose the appeal and seek to uphold the Court's earlier decision of a dismissal.
