Wendy Ford Appointed CFO

Mr. Gren Schoch, Chairman and CEO of AirBoss (TSX:BOS) announces that the
Company has accepted the resignation of Mr. Stephen Richards, Chief Financial
Officer and Chief Operating Officer effective immediately.


Mrs. Wendy Ford, CPA, CA has been appointed Chief Financial Officer in the
interim. Mrs. Ford has been Director of Finance of AirBoss since 2011.


Mr. Timothy Toppen, President will assume the additional Chief Operating Officer
role.
